Refund Assurance (14-Day) – Peace of Mind for Your Purchase: Exclusively available for TJ’s Premium Picks, this add-on allows you to return the diamond within 14 days if it does not meet your expectations.

• • When does the 14-day period begin? –
    • The countdown starts the moment our system sends the email notification that your order is ready for collection. The exact time is recorded, and the 14-day period begins from that timestamp.
  • What does the fee cover?
    • Labor for resetting and repurposing the diamond.
    • Shipping and insurance costs for returning the diamond.
  • Important Notes:
    • Refund applies only to the diamond and excludes any taxes or applied discounts.
    • The original setting must be returned in perfect condition to qualify.
    • If the Refund Assurance benefit is not redeemed within the specified 14-day duration, it is non-refundable.

TJ Flexi (60-Day) – Change of Design for Added Assurance: Available for all rings (except alternative metal), TJ Flexi offers the flexibility to modify your design within 60 days of confirming your order.

• • When does the 60-day period begin?
    • The countdown starts from the moment your order is confirmed, NOT when the ring is completed or ready for collection. This means you can decide to modify your design immediately after purchase, even before manufacturing begins.
  • What does the fee cover?
    • Labor for resetting the diamond and repurposing the design
    • The original setting must be returned in perfect condition.
  • Important Notes:
    • Certain changes, such as reducing width or removing diamonds, may not incur additional charges. However, adding width or more diamonds will require a surcharge.
    • If the TJ Flexi benefit is not redeemed within the specified 60-day duration, it is non-refundable.

• Warranty Coverage: All Tailored Jewel pieces are covered against manufacturing defects — valid for 10 years (for gold/platinum jewelry) and 1 year (for silver/vermeil).

• Optional TJ Care Packages: Choose between Basic or Lifetime Care to receive resizing, polishing, and cleaning services.

• Optional Refund Assurance: Available exclusively for TJ Premium Picks, this add-on allows you to return the diamond within 14 days of order readiness, subject to terms and a small processing fee.

Occasionally, a diamond may sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll provide a replacement of equal or better quality to ensure your satisfaction.
