How long does it take to receive my custom ring?

Our standard production time is 30 days. Need it faster? Choose First-Class Priority — we’ll have your ring ready in 10 working days for self-collection. Shipping times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

If you’re working with a tight timeline, just reach out — we’ll help guide you through.

Can I see how my ring will look before ordering?

Yes — our website shows a live preview that updates in real-time as you change the metal, width, finish, and engraving. Prefer to see it in person? You’re always welcome to visit our Customer Experience Centre.

Can I resize the ring later if it doesn’t fit?

Yes — resizing is available for gold and platinum rings. It’s included if you’ve selected our Lifetime Care plan (up to 3 times). Without a plan, resizing will follow the standard service pricing. For overseas customers, we’re unable to receive the ring back due to customs and tax requirements — but we’ll gladly assist you remotely once you confirm your size at a local jeweler.

⚠️ Note: Titanium, NuriSilver™, and NuriWhite™ rings cannot be resized.

Is this real gold or platinum? Will it fade or tarnish?

Absolutely. All our rings are made using solid 10K, 14K, or 18K gold and platinum, and are never hollow. They are nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and crafted from certified recycled metals, verified by SCS Global Services.

They’re designed to last a lifetime with proper care.

What if I choose the wrong size or finish during customization?

Once your order goes into production, all customizations are final.

We can still help with resizing for gold and platinum rings, but finishes and designs cannot be changed after production starts. We currently do not offer a Change-of-Design policy.

What does your 10-Year Warranty cover?

Our warranty covers all gold and platinum rings:

  • Years 1–2: Full repair coverage
  • Years 3–10: Labor-only coverage

Damage from misuse, wear and tear, or third-party alteration is not covered.

Can I return or cancel a custom ring?

Custom rings are non-refundable. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, once production begins, all sales are final.

Can I add or change the engraving later?

Engraving can be removed upon request, but changes or re-engraving are limited to our standard font (Fira Sans).

Handwriting engraving after production is only available on selected designs. Engraving is available only on rings 2mm and above in width.

Do you ship internationally? Is it insured?

Yes — we ship worldwide.

All shipments are tracked and fully insured until they reach your hands.

What if my ring arrives damaged or incorrect?

Every ring goes through strict quality checks — including a video verification sent to you before we ship. If something isn’t right, contact our customer care team — we’ll resolve it with urgency and care.
