Online Consultation

As soon as you make a reservation, one of our helpful advisors will contact you personally to confirm the meeting and provide the Google Meet link. During the consultation, we will show you a video of the product you’re interested in and address any concerns you may have, including those related to tax, delivery, and safety.

Sales Office Visit

One of our advisors will contact you promptly to confirm your preferred time and date. You will meet our consultant in person at our Tanjong Pagar sales office. Appointments are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday.

When placing your order online, select “I don’t know my size” to receive a free ring sizer at your doorstep. You can measure and update your ring size online later following our Measure Your Ring Size.

We offer free resizing for your ring. However, we recommend limiting resizing to no more than three times, as each resize includes polishing, which can thin the metal.

Note: A surcharge will apply for an increase of two sizes or more from the original size. Resizing is not available for our Nikah series (Steel, Titanium, and Tantalum).

Custom-made jewellery may cost a bit more than mass-produced pieces, but it offers exceptional value. With custom designs, you invest in originality, detailed craftsmanship, unique design, skilled stone-setting, and meticulous finishing. These factors make custom-made jewellery a standout choice, offering better value for your investment.

No, we will not clone your custom design or sell it as our own. Your custom-designed jewellery is unique to you, and we do not replicate the details that make it special. While we retain the copyright for all jewellery we create, we respect your creative ownership of your design.

If your design is inspired by one of our standard designs and is generic without specific details, we can recreate it. However, we maintain our copyrights on our original designs.

At Tailored Jewel, we do not encourage copying other designers’ work, as it is both unethical and illegal. We pride ourselves on creating unique designs and strongly oppose any form of replication. If you have a specific motif or style in mind inspired by an example you found, we can certainly design a new piece that captures the essence you’re looking for. However, for designs that are generic and widespread, where no specific ownership is claimed, we can recreate those.
