Most designs require a minimum of 14 to 21 working days to complete. The duration may extend depending on the complexity of the design or during festive seasons. Should any unforeseen circumstances cause delays, we will closely monitor the situation and keep you informed throughout the process.
Yes, you can engrave a message on your ring. We offer Laser Engraving, where you can choose from 9 fonts and write up to 12 characters. It can be done on the inside or outside of the ring — perfect for initials, dates, or short phrases.
We also now offer Hand to Heart Engraving, where you can upload your own handwritten message or drawing. Just download our guide, write or draw on it, then scan and upload. We’ll engrave it exactly as it is — making it truly one-of-a-kind.
We offer a wide range of high-quality metals including Platinum (PT950), 22k, 18k, and 14k Yellow, White, and Rose Gold. On top of that, we have two exclusive materials you can only find at Tailored Jewel — NuriSilver™ and NuriWhite™.
NuriSilver™ is our upgraded silver, made with over 95% pure silver. It looks like platinum but is more affordable and much stronger than normal silver. It also resists tarnish better, so it stays beautiful longer.
NuriWhite™ is our whitest gold — it stays white like platinum without needing rhodium plating. It’s bright, durable, and perfect for those who want their ring to stay white forever with less maintenance.
All our diamond jewellery with a single diamond stone over 0.30 carats comes with GIA Certification for natural diamonds or IGI Certification for lab-grown diamonds. Diamonds below 0.30 carats do not have certification. For these, our Tax Invoice serves as both the certification and warranty.
A 1.00 carat represents the total carat weight used in a design. For smaller carat weights, 1/4 carat equals 0.25 carats(since 1.00 carat divided by 4 equals 0.25 carats).
