All centre diamonds (typically 0.30ct and above) come with independent GIA or IGI certification and a corresponding laser inscription. Certification details may be verified directly on the laboratory’s official website.

Tailored Jewel has been an established registered company since 2012, with a physical sales office serving customers in Singapore and Malaysia.

All payments are processed through our registered corporate account. We do not accept transfers to personal accounts.

Gold & Platinum Jewellery

All gold and platinum Diamond Engagement Rings, Wedding Bands, and Fine Jewellery are covered for 10 years against confirmed manufacturing defects.

First 2 Years
Full material and labour coverage for manufacturing faults.

Year 3 to 10
Labour remains covered. Replacement material costs, if required, are borne by the customer.

The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or external alterations.

Independently certified centre diamonds (GIA / IGI) are excluded from warranty coverage as they are graded gemstones.

The TJ Lifetime Care includes:

• Up to three resizing sessions
• Professional polishing or plating support
• Long-term servicing access
• No expiry

Applicable to gold and platinum rings.

Additional charges apply if resizing exceeds two Hong Kong sizes.

Alternative metals such as Titanium, Carbon, NuriSilver & Stainless Steel are not applicable.

These materials are structurally different.

Because of the material composition, post-purchase adjustments are not possible.

To provide flexibility, we offer a one-time Repurchase Option:

If resizing is required, you may repurchase the same design at 50% of the retail price.

Most pieces are completed within 4 to 6 weeks.

Production timelines are confirmed before order placement.

As each piece is crafted brand new in your confirmed size, timelines may vary slightly during peak seasons.

All our rings are made-to-order. We do not take items from ready stock. Production starts only after payment is confirmed.

Gold and diamond prices change daily. Full payment allows us to secure the materials immediately and lock in your fair price.

This is standard practice for custom-made jewellery and most online made-to-order businesses.

For customers who prefer flexibility, we offer a 50% deposit option during the fair. However, deposit orders follow standard pricing and do not qualify for fair rebates.
