1. Order

Choose your ideal diamond package, ring design, and ring size. All prices shown are inclusive of GST with no hidden fees. Optional add-ons such as engraving are available at an additional charge.

2. Processing

Your piece goes through a meticulous process including casting, polishing, diamond setting, and quality inspection — all carried out by our skilled craftsmen in Hong Kong.

Every order is brand new and made exclusively for you, with a production lead time of approximately 25 working days.

3. Collection

Once your ring is ready, we’ll notify you around your expected collection date. Your order will be presented in our complimentary luxury ring box, along with a hardcopy certification.

At our Experience Centre, a jeweler’s scope will be used to verify the serial number on your diamond.

4. After-Sales

Enjoy peace of mind with resizing, polishing, and prong checks as part of our after-sales support. Simply reach out to us via any of our official channels to arrange your service.

For added assurance, our Money-Back Guarantee allows you to request a refund on the spot during self-collection for fully paid orders only. A 5% processing fee (inclusive of credit card and handling charges) applies. Refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days. (More details under TJ Assurance T&Cs)

  • We make each ring after you order, so we don’t pay for big stock or pricey shop rental space—and you don’t pay for that either.

  • Our price is straight, based only on the diamond’s grade and the current gold & platinum price.

Proof you can check: Every diamond has an independent hardcopy lab report from International Gemological Institute (IGI) with a laser number you can verify online.

Note: Quantities are limited for those sizes. If it suits you, you can proceed with confidence.

How do I know this is genuine—and safe to proceed?

1) Check the diamond’s ID
Every diamond has an independent lab report (GIA/IGI) and a laser number on the stone. We list this number on your sales order/invoice.

  • We’ll show you the laser number on the diamond (in person or video) and the hard-copy report.

  • You enter that number on the lab’s website to confirm it matches.

2) Check the business
We’re a registered company with a sales office (by appointment).

  • Visit us before paying if you prefer.

3) Check the payment
Pay only to our company account (PayNow / Card / Bank Transfer).

  • Your invoice is in our company name with full details.

Can I change the ring size or get after-sales service after I buy?

Yes. This seasonal offer includes TJ Basic Care:

  • Same after-sales support, with up to 3 resizes over the lifetime of the piece
