How It Works
14-Day Window
- You have up to 14 calendar days to visit our Sales Office @Tanjong Pagar after we send the official email that your order is ready for collection.
- Emails sent before 1:00 PM are counted as Day 1.
On-the-Spot Refund Only
- You must request the refund during your scheduled collection appointment, before leaving the store.Once the item leaves our premises, the Money-Back Guarantee is no longer applicable — even if unused.
Refund Process
- A 5% processing fee applies (based on the full invoice amount including GST).
- Refund will be made via bank transfer within 30 calendar days from refund approval.
- Only the original purchaser can request the refund — this benefit is non-transferable.
- This policy can be used once per customer only.
